Tremont Tower was built in 2003 and stands 80 feet tall, right in the heart of Houston. The building has 6 floors, 76 units and 47 unique floor plans with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Several units are 2 stories with open floor plans and loft spaces.

Architecture

Designed by Houston architect Irving Phillips, Tremont Tower boasts large, open common areas, expansive hallways, and unique interiors. It takes up  three-fourths of an acre at 3311 Yupon Street and makes a bold statement in Montrose. The modern structure made of steel, concrete, and glass was built in 2003 by international construction company  Turner Construction.
