While driving on Westheimer you can't help to notice that our building is turning white. That is right, the Tremont Tower is getting a new color, but it's not just a new paint job!
After much collaboration with structural engineers and countless hours of our dedicated board of directors, management company, building manager and residents, we are excited to announce our remodeling project is well underway.
The scope is extensive and it includes stucco repair, windows and doors sealants, balconies restoration and updated paint design.
The new color scheme chosen by the design team is white with accents in tones of gray, which will bring Tremont Tower to current times matching its modern lines and open spaces.
